Roofing Supervisor

Come join us as we are in search for a Roofing Project Supervisor!

 Our Roofing Project Supervisor will complete a variety of jobs such as roofing projects, sided chimney rebuilds, and general construction repairs for our customers while providing terrific service. Applying candidate will have experience meeting with homeowners regularly to conduct sales and business transactions, a customer service first focus in their work, and the ability to interact professionally with customers. This qualified individual will be able to start all jobs by meeting with the homeowner, pick up or ordering all materials for jobs, and performing quality control on all jobs. Company provided truck and fuel will be issued.​

Responsibilities

• Represent Storm Warrior Roofing & Restoration, LLC with the highest level of integrity, service, and professionalism possible.
• Follow all safety standards set by state, local, and company.
• Ensure other repairs are brought to attention.
• Supervise projects that utilize subcontractors while being the liaison for the homeowner/property owner.
• Communicate with homeowners prior to, during, after projects.
• Pick up, receive, deliver materials to project locations.
• Be on call for emergency services in the event they are needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• Prior experience with meeting clients and prospects face-to-face.
• Customer service focus and critical thinking mindset.
• Previous experience working with roofing and general construction repairs.
